Meet Coach Erica

Hi ladies — I’m Erica, the head coach here at Embody, and I’m on a mission to change the way women experience their health and fitness.

People always ask why I chose this path, and the truth is simple: I never want another woman to go through what I did. When I started my journey over 10 years ago, my only goal was to be as small as possible because I thought shrinking myself would make me happy.

I hit that goal — and I was absolutely miserable. My energy tanked, my confidence disappeared, and my life revolved around chasing a version of “healthy” that was anything but.

Everything changed when I finally flipped the script. I stopped obsessing over being smaller and started focusing on feeling stronger, healthier, and genuinely fulfilled. That’s when my confidence returned, my mental health improved, and I realized something life-changing: the real transformation doesn’t happen on the outside — it starts within.

Since then, I’ve spent the last four years immersing myself in everything from strength training and nutrition to hormones, mindset, and supplementation. Not because I had to, but because helping women completely transform their lives is what I’m meant to do.

My mission is bold: to empower women to embody the strongest, healthiest, most confident version of themselves through customized workouts, simplified nutrition, mindset support, and powerful community. Because no woman should feel alone on this journey — and here, you never will.
